Very bad service ☹️. I will not recommend to any one to travel through this bus. I decided now not to take this bus going back Baltimore and just wasted money.

It's a nice transport company but not doing well in customers luggage handling. The bags should be checked tagged and handled by greyhound bus workers until the passengers final destinstion just like airline staff that check in passengers bags and take care even on connectivity until final destination.
