VIA Rail Toronto Kingston recent customer reviews
I was very pleased with the actual journey and checking etc., but travelling from London I was very frustrated by not being able to download the app in the UK, and not being able to telephone the help line. I needed to check about adding baggage and was unable to do anything until I landed at Toronto airport. So although the travel to Kingston itself was fine and comfortable and efficient, the pretravel experience was very worrying.
