The bus from Paris to Lyon was over 3 hours late today. I could have spent most of my day in Paris seeing something besides a bus station but instead I was stuck there waiting. Since I arrived so late to Lyon, it was a very unsafe hour to be walking to my accomodations. There was also not much communication with the staff at the station- it seemed they didn't know if or when the bus would arrive.
