As an inexpensive alternative to the other bus companies I was impressed on the timeliness and cutesy of the driver and company, the bus was clean if only a little too warm (which i n the beginning was a nice change to the cold, but eventually I was sweating.) I was not aware that there was wifi until I got off the bus. It would have been nice to know (I accept also that I did not have it in mind and if I had I would have noticed)

This was the worst. The bus did not turn up. I waited an hour and a half with no information about where the bus was or why it was delayed. As consequence I missed my next connection. Cannot see myself booking CityExpress ever again.
