The ticket I originally bought was for a bus that was nonexistent. I was told by a greyhound employee that the bus no longer come at that time and it was a mistake in the system. I had to wait 3 hours for the next bus. It did however arrive on time and I did get to New York on time based on the new schedule but I arrived late based on the time I was originally supposed to arrive. Do better.
