Greyhound Wilmington New York City recent customer reviews
Not only was the bus extremely late , the station was closed. A representative to greet the consumer with supportive answers would have helped.

The bus arrived very late and upon its arrival took a while to leave the station. Passengers had places to be. The bus driver stepped outside to take a cigarette break, when we were already late. I understand things happen, but there should be more of a effort to ensure passengers get where they need to be on time, and they should be notified early on about any potential delays.

Unorganized, but the app is getting better with respect to tracking the bus arrival.
