Overall, my trip was fraught with misfortunes and delays. On the first leg, from Wells to Boston, the handicap lift failed to work for 40 minutes in Portsmouth. I find that quite curious, especially with the pretext of the 2016 lawsuit. Additionally, my second leg from Boston to New York City arrived about 2 hours late. I understand that the traffic is not within the control of Greyhound, but a 4.5 hour trip from boston to NYC is unrealistic. Perhaps a better estimate could have been made, resulting in less confusion on the pickup end of things. Thanks!
