Bus was late leaving NYC. One announcement that the bus would be 10-15 minutes behind. Then nothing. bus left two hours late. When we arrived in Albany for transfer we where instructed to go to customer service. They didn't know anything about it and we had to wait another 1.5 hours for the next bus. Once we got on the bus and headed out to Saratoga Springs we encountered traffic. The driver decided to take an alternate route at which point he got lost and had to call dispatch to figure out where he was and how to get back on track. The route took us north of our first stop and then we had to back track back south again into town, so in effect we had to double back. We arrived at our first stop at 6:30 (which was the time we where supposed to arrive at our final stop). Nobody got off the bus and nobody got on the bus. So the stop was for nothing. I was supposed to drive at Saratoga Springs at 3:20 pm I got off the bus at 7:10pm. Late for the Wedding...

The driver was very nice. That is one plus. I did not like how cold it was in the bus but that is in every bus so it’s fine.

I was supposed have a layover in Albany in order to catch a bus to Saratoga. Since my first bus was so delayed, I missed the transfer and had to pay $74 for a Uber. I’m disappointed in the lack of options from Bus Bud and would hope to be refunded for my trip or reimbursed for the Uber.
