The bus was too old and bathroom was clogged and smelly the whole trip. There was no power outlet nor WiFi. It was 5 hours of a bad experience.

Unfortunately,
The AC didn’t work. It was hot and unsafe to travel with windows open. However, the driver was a profesional and great human , he was taking of us, specially of a older woman.

Absolutely awful. From the fact that the station is an uncovered sidewalk (in the rain) on the wrong side of the road. To the fact that my driver stopped to grab then eat McDonald’s while driving and then spent a few times and on the last time at least 15 minutes on his phone while driving scrolling then watching a YouTube movie!! All the while the bus is swerving and re correcting constantly. I felt so sick and scared getting off that bus.

The traveling was hard, and details in the stations are very poor. On the bus too.

There could be more leg room between the seats, especially considering the buses don't seem to fill to full capacity.
The driver was not easy to understand. He often ignored people when they spoke to him and he spoke fast, broken English when he did speak.
He did not give clear instructions for proper bus etiquette, nor did he give clear instructions at the various stops.
Greyhound desperately needs to work on its customer service training that's given to their drivers.
Posted instructions and information about bus etiquette both permanently adhered to the inside of the bus as well as provided on permanent, laminated cards that should then remain inside the bus would be a great idea. Be sure to include visual graphics. It seems a large demographic that uses the bus speaks Spanish. Thus, it would be a good idea to post such info in both English and Spanish (and perhaps more languages).

The Sarasota station doesn’t have any assistance. I picked the option “to pick up the ticket at the bus station” but everything was closed. I payed for the ticket but I wasn’t sure if I will be accepted for the trip, because Everything was closed! No online tickets, nothing.
