Bus driver could not speak a single word of english. Bus driver was rude and looked right through me / ignored me when I asked ”Bus to Faro?” Woman behind desk selling tickets didn’t have time to answer any questions about the bus either, because she had to chat with her friend for 15 minutes instead of helping customers. Bus driver sending text messages while driving, got to the other lane and cars were honking their horns. Bus driver was VERY close to other vehicles in the traffic all the time. The bus was 45 minutes late because the bus driver had to chat with a passenger at a bus stop and text on his phone etcetera instead of starting up the bus.

My connection at Lisbon to Faro did not show, no one at the bus station was aware that it was even running. I was forced to buy another ticket through a separate company.
