I didn’t enjoy anything about the trip. It was extremely late for departure and arrival and none of the phone outlet sockets work.

The bus I rode on had a malfunctioning heating/cooling system, so the atmosphere on the bus was extremely, uncomfortably hot for the trip from Rochester to NYC. Also, it was raining and the roof escape hatch was leaky. The seat back charging stations at my seat and the one across the aisle were not working.

The driver didn't give much to use a bathroom on stops but we were late in New York by 15min

Bus was absolutely disgusting. They offered a $10 coupon for how upset I was. Will never use greyhound again. Worst bus line. Always filthy and late.
Users have noted that the journey was pleasant and straightforward, with a helpful and friendly driver. However, there were suggestions for improving cleanliness in the bathrooms and ensuring that outlets are functional. Overall, passengers appreciated the reasonable pricing of this service.

Most everything was great. Kind, professional driver with no problems during the ride. I would have liked to know how long each stop would be ahead of time, however. That way if I need food I can plan on grabbing some during a 15 minute stop as opposed to a 5 minute stop.

It wasn't being late that bothered me but the lack of stops, I'd happily be a half-hour longer and have a break.

I took the bus for the first time. It was a good experience. The bus left and reached on time. I wish there was a short 10-15 mins break though. Also the driver could be a little smiling, he was nice otherwise.
