The bus was well equiped and on time. I suggest packing some warm clothes as the AC is blasted throughout the journey. Quite uncomfortable for me being 6'3 as I had to twist my legs to the side to avoid the seat in front, especially when the person in front fully reclined onto my knees. Other than that, good experience, with seamless process checking on and getting luggage stowed

The seats were comfy, the aircon worked well, the staff were helpful. The bus was dirty. The toilets were wet, smelt like sick and urine. A very very loud movie (West Side Story) was put on the televisions at 8am when everyone was sleeping and woke us all up. Announcements about a toilet stop or bus stop should also be made in English as not everyone speaks Spanish.
