I enjoyed the ride although the seats are a little hard and we got stopped by border patrol.. other than that it was okay.

Never going with them agaim. Bus from Phoenix to LA was late, so we didn’t catch the bus to San Diego. The only thing they could do was to give a new ticket to the bus leaving 3 hours later (But they couldn’t confirm there were enough seats for us). Very bad experience. I expect that Greyhound are going to fix the mistakes they did. It is not my fault I was 2 hours late. I feel it is a very bad deal for me to just sit there and wait another 3 hours without getting anything in return.
