I had very bad experiences with Sais yesterday. I lost one fare because my connection from Pozzallo changed & I couldn’t get to Catania on time. This was not my fault. I bought a new ticket & paid extra for any interruptions. Once again my Pozzallo to Catania was late so I informed SAIS. The replied that I couldn’t change it. I had to remind them that I had paid extra. Only then did they give me a later booking.
