Greyhound New York City Charlottesville recent customer reviews
The staff at the facility for departure, was very unprofessional and unorganized. Also, upon arrival to the next destination, that facility was very unsanitary (restroom, sitting area, floors etc.). The bus was delayed for departure, and the driver wasn't able to leave after sitting for over an hour, then having to switch buses due to a malfunction with the ventilation system. This should have been taken care of prior to departure. The delay in the trip caused us to leave over an hour later.

I booked Greyhound purely because they were supposed to have WiFi, and for the first 5 hours of my trip they didn't - I wasn't able to do the work I had to do and would have traveled another way if I had known.
