Bus departed one hour late than scheduled. Bus took 45 minutes longer than the scheduled duration as well. Not very good driver. Overall our trip was delayed by almost two hours, and we were locked out of our accommodation for the night because we could not check in on time. Very disappointing.

Communication is terrible. We went from New Haven to nyc which was fine. While we were on our day tour I received a message that our pick up spot was canceled. That’s all the detail we got along with another address. So we were stressed out not knowing if that meant time changes etc. I tried calling the phone number and was on hold for over an hour. So we went to new pickup point and it was caious there with plenty of other customers panicking about what was going on and if their bus was coming. We tried asking drivers of buses and they were very rude as well.
