Bus driver wouldn't let me off the bus at a stop without my ticket.. a ticket he took and no longer had. He got lost and drove in circles, gas station to gas station. Then yelled at passangers that started to complain. Refused to call bus depot to find out where it actually was. Bus was 5 hours late. Mostly due to the border, and I know that Greyhound cannot control border traffic flow, but surely your estimate can be closer than 5 hours off

The bus was in horrible condition. Dirty and with the climate not working properly. It did not pass the inspection once entering to the US, causing a big delay. I had to leave at that point and look for additional service in a different transport company
