Greyhound Los Angeles Boston recent customer reviews
I perceive Greyhound to have likely precipitated the deaths of several people as a result of their conduct, but I also feel these are desperate times. It at times felt like a challenge to stay aboard and survive, but which honestly made for another one the most exciting adventures of my life. I helped as many passengers as I could, and was helped, by good and kindly passengers along the way. I only give four stars because I believe there were points at which Greyhound must have been insufficiently clear, I would think.. Such as to leave stranded a women in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere, and alone, except for an older white haired gentlemen, of a different race. She was weeping, because she could not find her baggage check tag.. and was therefore not allowed entry. A nubmer of experiences such as these occurred, but were not without a certain degree of interest by all parties to improve our shared circumstance and situations, as we discovered them to be. One thing Greyhound could do to improve this entire situation, is to mandate drivers turn off their destination signs immediately upon entering the station, and only turn the sign on again, 15 minutes prior to boarding. You would be surprised, or maybe in the strangeness of this email are not, as to what degree otherwise unnecessary amounts of chaos may persist for your passengers, and adoring customers. At the end of the day despite any of this, I think we all were also grateful; imagining that Greyhound must be trying, maybe despite similarly threatening odds, to just get the good women and man where in the dead of night they wish to go.
