I took a flixbus from munich to slovenia and back and both times I booked seats and both time I got on the bus someone else was in my seat and either wouldn’t move or it was difficult as no one sat in the correct seat and the drivers don’t care. The drivers are also often very rude and unhelpful and generally just not pleasant.
