When I came to Kissimmee bus stop I was not only asked for my ticket I had to show my return ticket which afterwards was not returned to me. We were put in several different rows at one station till the staff found out where we had to go. The lady driver driving from Richmond to Washington didn't know how to get to Union station and she asked us to find it on MapQuest. One of the passengers guided her along. When we left Washington DC she didn't know how to get to the 50 East highway to Baltimore. Somebody asked if we had r pay more for the sightseeing tour she gave us, cruising the big bus through little streets. We were supposed to reach New York at 3:10 pm,we reached it 2 hours later as we were put on a local bus making stops in New Jersey. I have never experienced so much confusion. In between our bus suddenly stopped on a high way in New Jersey, but after some tries came back to life. The good news is we reached our destination with our luggage in the last bus.We cannot recommend Greyhound after this unbelievable experience.
