The bus driver going to Kansas City was so unprofessional. I let her know I had a hearing disability, and she would get annoyed with me because I couldn't hear her, so I asked her to repeat herself. At the next stop she tried to tell me the bus I needed was another one. She told me to get off the bus and go get on another bus. Thankfully, a very nice baggage handler told me that her bus was the one I needed. The gentleman and the bus driver discussed how I needed to be on her bus and she responds to the gentleman by saying "She's deaf!" She tried blaming me when she almost sent me to Athens, Georgia without my luggage!

Our bus broke down and we were out there for like 3-4 hours
