Greyhound Framingham Boston recent customer reviews
Aside from the star rating, none of the questions above applied to my review. I paid for an e-ticket from Framingham, MA to Boston, MA, which needed to be issued at a station. However, I did not know ahead of time that Framingham lacked a station. The only way for myself to get my ticket issued was at South Station, which also happened to be my destination. This ticket is not refundable, so my money went to waste. I ended up having to buy another ticket, a train ticket this time, to head to Boston. There should have been an online/emailed disclaimer that Framingham lacked a station to issue tickets. I was very surprised that my purchase was even a valid option.
