It was the worst I bought my son a ticket well he missed his transfer and ended up in Georgia. I called greyhound and they made me buy another ticket back to where he started in Alabama. Because he had no internet on his phone because greyhound would not let him use their internet because he couldn't show proof of having a ticket. He missed that bus. Then when I called and asked them what I should do. They told me I had to buy another ticket. So after 24 hrs with my son stuck in Georgia I finally came up with enough money to purchase another ticket. They finally gave him their Wi-Fi password and he was able to show them that I had purchased him 3 tickets. He was finally able to make it back to Arizona. I will never use greyhound again. A trip that originally was supposed to be $219 cost me $600. Worst company ever.
