29 minute late pickup which is not that bad. The trip was supposed to be direct but we stopped at 3 or 4 stops before Perth. Then we had to change buses as the drivers time would run out. Driver didn't communicate clearly to everyone so had to ask. Second bus driver was very grumpy and rude to a passenger when he asked about something. Finally arrived in Aberdeen at 18.56 and not 17.30 as scheduled.

The bus arrive on time and was not too delayed. The service was not megabus, many stops were added to the root, there was no internet. The ticket was misleading. The details said I could check two suitcases and when I arrived I noticed I could only take one. Overall, it could have been worse.
