The bus never came. I was at the SUNY Cortland stop, in front of Cory Union. It apparently doesn’t go there, even though that’s what my ticket said. I even called greyhound beforehand, just to make sure that’s where I was supposed to go, they said it was. I was lied to. When calling the bus company to complain, they were extremely unhelpful and rude. NEVER TAKING GREYHOUND AGAIN.

Need to be more realistic with their departure and arrival time. Every time I wait for the bus it comes so late I thought I’d missed it
