Rota Transportes has received positive feedback from users for its punctuality, cleanliness, and friendly service. Many passengers appreciate the comfortable rides provided by this company. However, some reviews mentioned minor issues like non-functional USB ports and a lack of WiFi or slightly inadequate air conditioning on certain trips.

Only thing I can say is that I was promised Wi-Fi on the trip and there wasn’t. Otherwise it was great. We actually arrived 30mins early 😃

The bus left 1.5 hour late than scheduled and the ride from Porto Seguro to Ilheus took 2 hours longer than what we were informed when we purchased the tickets. But the bus was comfortable and the drivers were nice and helpful
