Really happy with my bus journey to Zakopane. The bus was on time both ways. The journey took a little longer than specified due to traffic but that can't be helped. Bus stations are very clean & well equipped with seating, cafes and toilets. Very comfortable buses, a smooth & picturesque journey. Excellent value tickets too. Could not fault the service in any way.

the driver made 2 quite sudden stops, and he was speeding. He didn't leave sufficient space between the bus and vehicles in front of the bus. He was a relatively safe driver compared to other bus drivers but he could improve.
