Booked onto a 10am bus. Finally got on a bus at 12. There was a 2 hour queue. It was first come first served on the buses. They then packed everyone’s luggage into the aisle so there was no space

Some things need improvement. We were booked for 11, and ended up leaving at 12 because it took the girl at the desk an hour to process two people (give them their tickets). For some reason, the drivers insist that we go through the desk, even if we have our tickets printed out online. Very inefficient. No speaking English was so clueless. One of my worst experiences
