It was unclear if I was approved to get on the bus and at departure time the driver opted to take a tea break rather than telling me if I could board. She made many stops to deliver packages and the bus ended up being over an hour late. I think the driver may have been yelling information to the passengers on occasion, but it was hard to tell because she was speaking almost as loudly on her phone during the drive. No English was used and there were many international passengers.
