Expressway offers a comfortable travel experience with helpful supervisors and free Wi-Fi on board, allowing passengers to enjoy the scenic views. However, some users have noted issues such as unclear departure information and occasional delays. Additionally, there were mentions of limited space for working on laptops and non-functional toilets during trips.
The seats were very comfortable and the bus was the right temperature. This was my first time using this service and it want clear that pre-booked people had priority. There are no signs and the driver just let people get on regardless of whether they booked or not. Ie two couples in front of me bought tickets and got on before me. There doesn’t appear to be any queuing system. Also as I had never used this service I was unaware of my stop. The driver did not announce the stops either before hand ie next stop or at the stop. I was worried I wouldn’t know where my stop was. I got off at Longford and only knew as someone told me. Perhaps an announcement or screen might have helped. BUT Overall a very good service and clean bus with excellent seats.

I booked a return bus ticket to Dublin Airport, but I ran into a few issues. First, the bus going to the airport was delayed by 40 minutes. Fortunately, I had left plenty of extra time, so I still made it to my boarding gate exactly on time. Second, the location of the bus stop at Dublin Airport for my return journey was poorly described. It is not clearly marked. Instead of being right outside Terminal 2, it is actually further down, right next to the entrance and exit of the airport car park. I luckily managed to find it only after asking several different people for directions. Thanks

We booked late so we were forced to get a trip with a connection. The price was much higher due to the late booking. The first leg was smooth and enjoyable. The second leg was also comfortable. The delay was a bit confusing. - our ticket calculated an hour delay which we understood. - we arrived about 20 minutes late which we thought would simply shorten our delay. - our bus finally arrived more than the expected hour late. No explanation. And no way to predict when our bus would arrive. Figure out how passengers can get arrival information. The good news is we got to Galway. The upset was we were not sure if and when our bus would arrive.
