Assistance to make sure we were in the right place, to get on the right bus was quick and courteous. The bus was on time and the bus driver was friendly and efficient. I could not have asked for better service on my first experience with public transportation in Spain.

The us experience was very good, disappointed with the lack of information on the ticket Re: where the bus terminal was in San Sebastián. As a foreigner to a country it would have been less stressful finding my way around with this information
