Nosotros habiamos sacado ticket de ida y vuelta en la planta baja (coche cama). En la ida a potrerillos se respetaron los asientos que teniamos y el viaje fue excelente. A la vuelta, el colectivo estaba lleno, y a pesar de tener los tickets comprados nos cambiaron a otro colectivo. De todas maneras el colectivo tiene una excelente relacion calidad precio

I am just about to send an email regarding the bus to San Rafael. My confirmation email had told me the wrong location for the bus pick up which resulted in me missing my bus. I was not happy with this.
