Great service! Was brought to my destination in a timely manner and the bus was actually early to show and arrive at the destination. The bus driver was very kind and did everything he could to make riders comfortable.

The bus itself was fine and the driver even seemed quite friendly however he removed his mask and drove maskless for most of the trip. Several passengers followed his lead and also removed their masks while on board. It was extremely uncomfortable and made for 6hrs of being and feeling unsafe. I would have liked to use their service again so it's unfortunate that I now know I cannot.
