Greyhound Binghamton Boston recent customer reviews
Our bus driver from Binghamton to NYC was terrific!
The bus from NYC to Boston was absolutely awful. The bus driver didn’t know the route at all and we wasted time being lost trying to get out of the city. Then once we arrived in Boston she didn’t know where the terminal was and we had to walk from the post office to our destination. The driver should’ve prepared more or should have stated she didn’t know how to get to Boston before she even boarded.
Once again the first bus to NYC was amazing and the bus to Boston was the worst experience I’ve had.

When I booked from Binghamton to Boston, no one told me I had to go through New York City. It made my trip 3 1/2 hours longer! The first bus I was On was old, dirty and smelled of urine.
The second bus I was and was very very nice. The bus driver was very competent, pleasant and a good driver. However not in his control we arrived almost 4 hours late.
