The bus from Ann arbor to Detroit was more than 45 min late. I Had to spend on uber to get there otherwise I would have surely missed my transfer to New York.
The staff at Ann Arbor Greyhound station was horrible, she insisted the delay was justified, and offered no real solution to the problem and instead started explaining how traffic works. She wasn't customer friendly at all.
Greyhound should send a special shuttle for passengers with transfers in the next stop in response to any delay and also straight away remove rude staff.
