The boarding itself was less pleasurable - the attendant at the door did not set a stool to reach a high step to the train and actively avoided a chance of being asked for help with the luggage. The ride itself was quite bumpy, with the train changing the speed abruptly.

Decent train, lucky that the cart was mostly empty. But we were 15 min late enroute and then 30 min standing waiting for the platform in Toronto. Got late for everything and such a waste.

Instructions and help was clear and available. The trip was 40 min late ( rail congestion). My seat tray was broken and the seats were not very comfortable.
