My main criticism is of the driver's frequent and long-winded use of his hand-held cell phone while driving. This meant (1) that his concentration on the road and traffic was compromised. He drove at 120 km/hr on a 2-lane road with a good deal of traffic. (2) that he had one hand and an elbow to use on the steering wheel and other controls instead of 2 hands. This was clearly a very dangerous situation to put his passengers and other traffic in.
