A long bus ride is rarely fun, and there were delays from construction. But the driver was extremely professional, both in his skilful driving and in his courteous treatment of every passenger. He was a real standout in that regard.

It was a great ride to Sudbury from Toronto. A very relaxing ride and reliable service. The buses are very clean and the drivers are very helpful.

Did not go to Sudbury had to cancel this trip due to accommodation person at Air BNB home in Sudbury wanted more money than what was priced for 7 nights from Booking.com home Air BNB wanted 80 dollars per night so i had to cancel this trip and the accommodation

The wheel of the bus blew up and the bus driver gave us no updates about it. We were waiting for two hours and she said nothing, only let us out of the bus for 15 minutes. She helped no one with their bags, and the station i was left at was truly in the middle of nowhere at a truck stop, she left us on the grass and not even at the actual store.

The bus never made it to the airport and when I called they said they over booked the bus

As someone who doesn't live in the GTA area, I didn't know Metrolinx was the GO bus, it took me a long time to realize that, and I am thankful staff at the airport were able to go direct me to my correct platform

The driver was very helpful and friendly but the bus was approx 45 min late. The seats are ok but the the upholstery needs updating.

After I made an error and booked on the wrong day, they refused to change to ticket and I had to pay double.
