There was an unannounced driver change which caused a detour and an hour delay. The website’s bus tracker was also inaccurate which led to confusion for the people who were waiting for me, as the bus internet was very poor.

the late driver (Toronto Buffalo) was impolite. He also did not let people wishing to use the bathroom at the Niagara Falls stop, to get off the bus (not myself but at the time I did not like his attitude, in general) while the facility on the bus was in a terrible condition as I found out later. Filthy.

There were too many layovers and transfers. The layovers were too long. The bus was late. There was no WiFi in any of the four buses I was on even though it was advertised to have WiFi.but I arrived at my destination alive so 2 stars. Otherwise, I’m very dissatisfied.
