it was very hard to find where to get on the bus. there was no info on the ticket. the wi fi never worked and i count on it. lost a day of work because of it. beside that the seat was confutable enough and the staff was alright

On arrival the used waters of the bus fell into the luggage compartment, and more specifically on my luggage. Staff didn't seem particularly concerned. Since I dont speak enough Portuguese to have a heated discussion I just left with my disgusting luggage. Plus I guess they couldn't have done much. So yeah, I used my transfer time at the lavanderia but there is still a smell. I rate that experience as 1 star, dont think it's debatable.
Ah also we were 90 minutes late but that's pretty minor in comparison.
