This was my worst experiences. I arrived at the station at 5:37PM and the bus was supposed to arrived at 6:05 pm and it didn't. I must have called their customer service five times and I was told that the bus was 10-15 minutes. Then at some point I was told the bus left and I was still at the bus station. So I waited at the station until 9pm and kept calling customer service. However, representatives kept hanging up on me. I will be disputing any charges with my bank and file a BBB complaint. So that was my experience with Red Coach.
