At my stop in Pittsburgh, I had to wait for another bus that was supposed to be there at 10:50 to get me at my location. The bus was a little delayed and people didn’t know which bus to go Into since there was a lot of busses. No announcement was made, I ended up missing the bus and waited there for 5 hours. After those 5 hours an employee came and got me and three others in a Uber to get us at our location. Thanks to him but overall the service was awful .
