It was a fast, efficient trip with the bus driver clearly knowing what he was doing. The ride however was rather bumpy and scary at times how much the bus would be swaying on the highway.

Bus was cancelled, and a voucher was sent for a different bus company several hours after I already booked a replacement trip. Absolutely useless company. And the driver simply didn't know where to go, and would only park to let passengers off when the whole bus began to yell at him. I will never use this service again.

The bus was an hour and 10 minutes late. the “live tracker” was very inaccurate and constantly changing its arrival time. The notification system is awful, i was getting emails sent to be that were drafted 2 hours previously. Also the bus kept getting delayed but telling an inaccurate time. The last notification I got said it would arrive at 5:10 (50 minutes late) but it actually arrived at 5:35, a big jump in time. Also the location is unclear.
