Bus arrived at Paris bus station 3 hours late. No notification for over an hour after bus was due. No notification on bus departure screen when bus did arrive. No helpful information from ticket staff. Told to "just wait" at bay 5 and there will be an announcement. Never heard any announcements regarding our bus. Trying to contact BlaBlaBus is impossible, Total waste of time trying. Very disappointed.

Defo do not use this service. No hygiene at all it’s absolutely disgusting and the drive is extremely bumpy and the drivers are rude and lazy and it’s very unorganised. My bus arrived hours late on both ends of the trip.
