Bus from Ottawa, CA to Kingston, CA: Tickets & Timetables

Said bus left at 1:33 but was there before 1:30 and it had already left. Had to arrange other transportation from Ottawa to Kingston

The bus arrived with a flat tire. The driver was unable to confirm when the bus would be repaired or replaced (not his fault). As our the trip was time sensitive we had no choice but to make alternative arrangements and drove to Kingston incurring additional costs. Under the circumstances we believe a refund or a credit would be justified.

I missed my bus despite running after it, trying to flag it down! I was walking to it at 3:29 (can check cameras at VIA rail Ottawa) very upset by this. I tried to get another bus but the next one wasn’t until 8-9 hours later same day :( person manning the flix bus was away from their post so could not call the bus despite seeing it visually driving away

It was very clean and comfortable but the arrival time wasn’t correct instead of arriving at 7:25 I arrived at 7:50.

Got notice it was 10 min late but was more than that had to track for app and it was minus 15 out waiting no shelter nothing

The driver was very polite and the bus was on time. I even arrived at my destination 10 minutes early. The driver also drove carefully and but at a good speed. The bus was clean and had a place to charge my phone. Overall, really impressed with the experience.

Great experience. Bus pick up spot was well described on app and well marked at the physical stop. Departure was exactly on time as was arrival at destination. Bus was clean. Driver was courteous.

There was a medical emergency at the pickup location. Because of the medical emergency, we were not allowed to get off the train causing delays everywhere. The driver which must have been aware of the emergency as there was ambulances everywhere did not consider that maybe, waiting a couple extras minutes for the train load to be able to debark (which includes his passengers) might be smart. I got off the train 4 too minutes late and the bus driver had left already. I ended up having to pay for another pricier ticket to get to my destination on the following day. I understand buses are on a strict schedule, though I cannot be the only one who missed the bus that day as the entire station was on hold, it is common courtesy!!

The driver was very helpful with my walker and my bags. I will certainly use mega bus again 😁

Driver announced about not taking a break then didn’t stop in Kingston until I reminded him my stop was Kingston. He then proceeded to ask why I didn’t tell him when he made the announcement even though he asked me my stop before I got off the bus. He proceeded to drop me off on the side of the road beside the 401 exit. I’m disappointed with his response and attitude for his error.

The bus never came

The bus did not arrive and the next bus was a 2.5 hour wait later.

The ride was OK, but it was 1.25hr late for departure and the bus stop a bit crowded with 4-5 buses at the stop in Kingston with only 10 Mins for people who wanted food.

The driver John was a consulate professional, the service was phenomenal, the seats was super comfortable! Super 1st day for Orleans Express! And complimentary drinks! 10 stars out of 5! And price! Keep these prices and the only way is up!

The bus was clean and very comfortable. Having only 3 seats per row makes a huge difference in the width of the aisle and the seats. The bus driver was friendly and helpful, and provided a smooth and stress free ride the entire trip. One of if not the best coach driver I have ever been driven by. Five stars for her, 6 if I can add an extra.

The bus was over 33 degrees with excessive humidity- I could hardly breathe, and everybody was drenched in sweat the whole time. The second half of the ride, the entire bus smelt like pungent bathroom. I will never ride with this company again unfortunately.

The Bus was clean, & we left on time, but we got a flat tire & then we were stuck in Mallorytown parking lot. After 2.5hrs of waiting I got off the bus & instead had to get people, who were waiting for me in Kingston, come get me because of our deadlines. An efficent back up system needs to be in place for such scenarios.
