I did round trip Albany to Newark Penn Station. The way down the bus was new and a very nice experience. The way back the bus was in disrepair but ok. The Albany station is embarrassing. Dirty and run down. Albany should be ashamed. Customer service was pleasant and helpful.

This is so frustrating. I couldn’t go with my bus, because they claim the sits was filled up. And was scheduled for 6:25pm, till this moment (10:43pm)am still at bus terminal in New York. Not even know the exact time I will leave here😡😡😡😡
