Departure exactly at 10pm. I am really tall but there was enough space! Bano was small, but not a moodkiller

The chairs were nice but is was very cold in the bus. We arrived late at night, 2 am but the communication was perfect. Travelers without transportation were guided to taxi drivers inside the station. This felt very safe

I that's off to the driver, this was a very windy road, lots of traffic and road work at night. He was a very safe driver. Very conformable ride

It was confortable, clean and everything went well. The only complain is that we left with 1 hour delay.

Really bad smell because of the toilets, people not on their designated seats and they were playing movies untill 00:30AM really loud over the bus speakers, even noise cancel earplugs did not work.. and the bus was 1:20h late

My seat was occupied and I had to change it. The bus was 3h late. The seat was blocked and I couldn't regolate it

Clean, comfortable large seats. Friendly service. My only concern is that the driver was driving really fast, I was pretty worried for a wee while going through the mountains. We got to our stop safely at the end.

The bus met our purpose for travel. Bus was 1hour late in Nasca which made us late to Arequipa.

We still havent arrived to Arequipa, the ride was bumpy and we moved from tour seats by people who were meant to be on an earlier bus. We are stuck outside arequipa with no way into the city as taxis are refusing to take people. To get to the city we had to cross a dangerous area to finally catch a little bus and pay even more money to arrive to the city. Not at all happy with the service - should've at least tried to offer an alternative route as there were a lot of people with children left in a dangerous situation.

The bus had 1 hour delay but somehow arrived sooner, which was nice :). Staff was bit unpleasant.
