Bus was 60 minutes late and then broke down near Leeds. We were placed onto another bus which didn’t stop in the same places, the places closest to the stops the drivers refused to open the side locker saying it was just a hand luggage stop. Had to stop 7 mile alway from where we needed to be. Disgraceful service

I joined the bus from Middlesbrough to London Victoria on the 18th May 2025. Upon arrival, I left my EarPod behind the seat in front so I decided to go back to the bus and pick it. A male driver was so rude and disrespectful to me whiles I was trying to go back into the bus for my item. I felt so bad and embarrassed and I have decided not to patronize Flix again if that is how your staff talk to customers. I made him aware that I was going to report and he said that i can do my worst.

Very bad and the bus wasn’t even megabus they had a replacement bus and they delayed a lot literally dropped us off at 12:30 instead of 10:30 i had to walk to the underground station only to find the central line was off and i live in Leytonstone had to change two trains and a bus to get home worst experience ever! Won’t recommend anyone.Super late and slow service poor conditions
