Every thing was good, the staff at the iryo office in chamartin were very helpful even though I only speak English. The carriage was clean and tidy and the wifi was great.

Una cosa es que en Madrid, cuando llegamos a la estación de chapmartin, teníamos muy poca información sobre cómo llegar desde la estación de metro. La mayoría del personal no entendía inglés. Todo estaría bien, si la gerencia relevante diera más información sobre las direcciones, a dónde debe moverse a continuación. Gracias por leer
