Honestly, I enjoyed everything about it! Our driver was amazing and I felt very safe on the snow covered roads at night with him driving. The seat was comfortable and I appreciated the convenient toilet and the handy phone charger!

My trip on Ebus from Kelowna to Calgary Dec. 24/23 via Merritt involved two transfers and three busses. I would say that the experience was far from painless although expected the bus was full, weather and road conditions were very good. The drivers were more professional on Ebus as opposed to Rider express both were capable drivers and I felt confident enough regarding their driving abilities. The worst thing about the trip was the route, and that it was not an express bus which led to an extended travel time but again it was expected so all in all my opinion is that I made it felt safe on the journey, no lost luggage and the other passengers were courteous and respectful.

Everything went well except the pick up at the Kelowna airport. The transportaion guard told me to go across the road and the bus would park right there. It parked about 150 yards away and the driver was quite indignant to myself for ''not reading the ticket'' and ''believing the guard''. Other than that the journey went very well...
